Tyrese Maxey and his Tyrese Maxey Foundation hosted their fourth annual Holiday Turkey Giveaway in Philadelphia, handing out 3,000 full Thanksgiving meals to local families.
It’s the largest year yet for the event, up from 2,000 meals in 2024. Families lined up at the Alan Horwitz “Sixth Man” Center for turkeys, sides, fresh produce, and desserts. “These families deserve to have a full Thanksgiving meal and I am glad my Foundation and I can help,” said the Philadelphia 76ers Point Guard.
Founded in 2021, the Tyrese Maxey Foundation focuses on developing the next generation of leaders through family, faith, and community-driven programs.
